Lists: Business Insider's Reading through the US (by author)

Business Insider published a list of the States' most famous authors, one from each state (plus DC). You can see the original feature here. I typed this in a simplified list form, and will proceed reading at least one book from each author accordingly.

This list also includes the suggested books from the original article, i.e. the book that the author is most known for. I may or may not deviate from these suggestions.
